IBERFOIL has developed an integrated production system that spans from casting to rolling, ensuring supply and optimizing resources.

Thanks to this approach, IBERFOIL strengthens its autonomy in the supply of raw materials and significantly reduces its carbon footprint—by up to 87% compared to primary aluminum.

In addition, the model incorporates a “Zero Waste” system, in which all aluminum scrap is reintroduced into the production process.

CERTIFIED LOW-CARBON FOOTPRINT ALUMINIUM

The measurement and reduction of the carbon footprint are a key pillar of IBERFOIL’s sustainability strategy. In this regard, the company has obtained product carbon footprint certification in accordance with the ISO 14067 standard.

This milestone is the result of continuous work in the development of more sustainable solutions and makes it possible to certify the carbon footprint of products manufactured from coils originating from its circular process. In this way, IBERFOIL offers its customers products with a lower environmental impact, aligned with their decarbonization goals and transition toward more responsible models.
